This 10 week program will work to build a solid foundation for the upcoming Spring Track Season.
Athletes will meet 2-3 times per week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) with an optional long run on Saturday.
Practices on Monday/Wednesday/Friday will be from 4:30pm-6:00pm.
Practice locations will vary based on the prescribed workout for the day and weather conditions.
This program is open to any athlete in grades 3-12 in the surrounding Chattanooga area.
